How do I pay for my purchase?

During the checkout process you will be asked to choose one of the payment options.  Options are: payment via NZ bank deposit, credit cards ~ Mastercard, Visa & Amex accepted and also payments via Laybuy now available.

How does your delivery process work?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and tracked via Fastway Couriers within New Zealand. 
Please note delivery to NZ Rural Addresses and PO Boxes are sent via standard NZ Parcel Post.
Target delivery times are 1-3 working days within the South Island, and 3-5 working days to the North Island from date of dispatch.
Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak times such as Christmas & New Years. We will advise by email of any delays expected with your order.

Please note that we do not ship order during the weekend or on Public Holidays.  So any orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (New Zealand wide) on orders over $75.00 (after discounts are applies)

NZ Tracked ~ $6 NZ wide via Fastway couriers to urban addresses.
Please note Fastway couriers have different area zones they consider Rural Delivery - if your address falls in this category your order will be sent via NZ Post instead of courier. You will receive an email from me letting you know if this is the case.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to exchange or give a full refund (less shipping costs) if goods are returned within 14 days - (21 days for international customers). This is providing the goods are in their original condition.

If you are returning goods for exchange there will be an additional freight charge for your new goods.

All returns will be sent at the cost and risk of the buyer and contact should be made before any items are returned.
Items being returned must be in as new, unused and unwashed condition.

If the goods are faulty or differ from your order we will replace it with no charge for shipping & handling.

Do you provide gift wrapping?

YES!  I can gift wrap your order, just leave me a message during checkout as to whether it's for a boy or girl.

Do you custom make items?

I am always happy to help you out with an important custom order.  There a wide range of fabrics that you can choose from.  Please feel free to contact me with any queries.

I live locally, can I pick my items up?

Yes you can!  Simply select the pick-up option from the shipping menu during checkout.
Items must be paid for in full prior to pick-up.  And pick-up is from Arrowtown.
