How do I pay for my purchase?
During the checkout process you will be asked to choose one of the payment options.
Options are: payment via NZ bank deposit, credit card ~ Mastercard & Visa accepted and also payments via Laybuy & Afterpay now available.
How does your delivery process work?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after receipt of payment and tracked within New Zealand.
Target delivery times are 1-3 working days within the South Island, and 3-5 working days to the North Island from date of dispatch.
Please allow a few extra days for delivery during peak times such as Christmas & New Years.
Please note that we do not ship orders during the weekend or on Public Holidays. So orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out the next working day being Monday.
International shipping is available - delivery times vary depending on destination and can be anything from 6-15 working days.. Orders are sent via New Zealand Post - and are not tracked.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (New Zealand wide) on orders over $80.00 (after discounts are applied)

Returns & Refunds
We are happy to exchange or give a full refund (less shipping costs) if goods are returned within 14 days - (21 days for international customers). This is providing the goods are in their original unused condition.
If you are returning goods for exchange there will be an additional freight charge for your new goods.
All returns will be sent at the cost and risk of the buyer and contact should be made before any items are returned.
Items being returned must be in as new, unused and unwashed condition.
If the goods are faulty or differ from your order we will replace it with no charge for shipping & handling.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
YES! I can gift wrap your order, just leave me a message during checkout as to whether it's for a boy or girl.
Do you custom make items?
I am always happy to help you out with an important custom order. There a wide range of fabrics that you can choose from. Please feel free to contact me with any queries.
I live locally, can I pick my items up?
Yes you can! Please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request - or pop a message during checkout and I will refund the shipping charge.
Items must be paid for in full prior to pick-up. And pick-up is from Arrowtown.
